SPRYNX Global Faculty Development Lab

Global Practices.
Indian Classrooms.
Visible Learning.

An evidence-led faculty development experience where teachers do more than listen: they analyse, design, practise, teach, receive feedback and leave with classroom-ready products.

The Teacher Multiplier

The Future of School
Begins With the Teacher.

Schools are expected to protect examination performance while preparing students for a world shaped by AI, information overload, changing careers, competency-based assessment and greater learner diversity.

The answer is not to abandon academic rigour. It is to help teachers make knowledge more coherent, transferable, assessable and responsive to the learner in front of them.

Choose the Engagement Depth

Two Formats. One
Implementation Philosophy.

Both formats are globally informed, locally grounded, evidence-led and activity-based. The difference is the depth of rehearsal and implementation planning.

Selected, Not Copied

Learn From the World.
Adapt for Our Classrooms.

The programme does not present a foreign-country tour or claim that one education system is perfect. Teachers examine transferable practices and test whether they belong in CBSE and Matriculation classrooms.

Singapore

Instructional Coherence & Mastery

Use clarity, sequencing and deliberate practice without reducing teaching to rote performance.

Finland

Competence & Interdisciplinary Thinking

Connect curriculum knowledge with meaningful application and multidisciplinary learning.

Japan

Lesson Study

Observe learning evidence, redesign a leverage point and rehearse improvement collaboratively.

UK + CAST

Adaptive Teaching & UDL

Plan for learner variability, flexible support and accessibility while retaining high expectations.

Nordic Practice

Dialogue & Participation

Use structured collaboration, discussion, movement and learner responsibility with academic purpose.

Future Skills, AI & Foundational Learning

Connect global signals to practical teacher behaviours, verification, competency and learning recovery.

THE LOCALISATION FILTER

3R — Retain. Reframe. Reject.

Every global idea must survive a local test before it enters the classroom.

RETAINWorks with our learners and curriculum.
REFRAMEUseful idea, but must be adapted.
REJECTDoes not fit the context or evidence.
Inside the Lab

Teachers Learn by
Doing the Work.

The experience moves through demonstration, design, critique and rehearsal—not extended lecture blocks.

01

Brain Before Bell

Cognitive load, schemas, retrieval, spacing, dual coding and metacognition are experienced through live learning demonstrations.

Output: redesigned explanation + retrieval plan
02

Global Practice Safari

Teams investigate selected practices from multiple systems and defend what they would retain, reframe or reject.

Output: Global Practice Transfer Canvas
03

THINK Questioning Lab

Hinge questions, wait time, accountable talk and inclusive participation are converted into a usable questioning sequence.

Output: question ladder + hinge question
04

Assessment Studio

Teachers diagnose question papers, redesign items, calibrate rubrics and connect errors to remedial action.

Output: assessment blueprint + error-analysis plan
05

UDL & Adaptive Teaching

One lesson is redesigned for different learner profiles without lowering the learning intention or core standard.

Output: inclusive adaptation grid
06

Inquiry & Project Lab

A decorative project is transformed into a rigorous challenge with curriculum outcomes, evidence, product and accountability.

Output: authentic project brief
07

AI-SAFE & Media Literacy

Teachers use AI with purpose, verify outputs, examine bias and provenance, and protect subject accuracy and student data.

Output: verified AI-supported teaching artefact
08

Micro-Teaching Arena

Teachers teach, observe evidence, receive developmental feedback, revise one move and rehearse again where the format allows.

Output: rubric + next rehearsal target
Memorable Enough to Use

A Small Set of
Practical Frameworks.

The participant-facing frameworks are deliberately limited so that teachers can remember them, apply them and show evidence of use.

3R

Retain • Reframe • Reject

Adapt global practice responsibly rather than copying it.

CLEAR

Context • Learning Intention • Experience / Explanation • Assessment • Reflection

Design one coherent, subject-specific lesson.

DRAFT

Diagnose • Respond • Act • Feedback • Try Again

Make feedback produce a learner action and reattempt.

AI-SAFE

Aim • Inputs • Sources • Accuracy • Fairness • Ethics

Use AI with purpose, verification and safeguards.

Visible Evidence

What Teachers
Take Back.

The output is not limited to attendance and a certificate. Participants create artefacts that can be used, reviewed and improved after the programme.

FOR SCHOOL LEADERSHIP

What Management Receives

  • Pre-event faculty diagnostic summary
  • Participation and completion report
  • Anonymised strengths and development gaps
  • Sample teacher artefact gallery
  • Micro-teaching trend summary where applicable
  • Recommended management actions
  • Department / 90-day implementation recommendations for the advanced format
Developmental evidence — not a public ranking of teachers.
Beyond the Event

From Workshop Energy
to Classroom Routine.

A two- or three-day event can create common language, artefacts and observed practice. Durable change requires follow-through. SPRYNX can extend the engagement through structured evidence review and school-level development cycles.

Designed for School Reality

Rigour + Relevance.
Not Imported Fashion.

Every module is translated into board, classroom, learner and school-management realities.

FOUNDATIONAL & PRIMARY

Participation + foundations

Language-rich instruction, concrete experience, foundational numeracy/literacy and early feedback.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

Concept + inquiry

Conceptual progression, interdisciplinary links, structured inquiry, competency tasks and responsible digital research.

SECONDARY & SENIOR SECONDARY

Transfer + examination

Subject modelling, deliberate practice, feedback, error analysis, metacognition and examination transfer.

HOD & LEADERSHIP

Common planning, evidence review, peer observation, department routines and 30/90-day milestones.

Questions Schools Ask

What This FDP
Is — and Is Not.

Will this replace CBSE / Matriculation or academic rigour?

No. The programme is designed to translate selected practices into the school's existing curriculum and examination reality. Strong content knowledge and board preparation remain essential.

Is this mainly an AI workshop?

No. AI and media literacy are one part of a broader teaching-and-learning programme covering learning science, questioning, assessment, inclusion, pedagogy, micro-teaching and implementation.

Which format should a school choose?

The two-day workshop is suited to whole-faculty exposure and a common school-wide language. The three-day lab is better for a focused transformation cohort, HODs and schools that want deeper rehearsal and a 90-day pilot.

Will teachers be publicly scored or ranked?

No. Observation and micro-teaching evidence are developmental. Management reporting should use anonymised trends and common development areas rather than public teacher ranking.
